B-Barre (Wednesday Lunch Session)
A low-impact workout inspired by ballet, Pilates, and strength training. Barre focuses on improving balance, flexibility, posture, and muscle definition through small, precise movements.
Body Sculpt (Sunday Evening)
A full-body strength and toning workout that combines resistance exercises and functional movements to help build lean muscle and boost endurance.
Duration: 30 minutes each class
