Joahna is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Yoga Teacher (200-RYT), and Certified Mat Pilates Instructor with a passion for helping people feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies. Her approach blends mindful movement with intelligent strength training, meeting each client exactly where they are while encouraging steady, empowering progress.

Joahna believes fitness is about more than just physical results—it’s about building confidence, trust in yourself, and a deeper connection to your body. Joy of Mindful Fitness is a movement space dedicated to building strength, balance, and confidence through mindful practice. Offering Pilates and Yogalates, each class is designed to support both the body and the mind—combining intentional movement, breath awareness, and functional strength.

Pilates classes focus on core stability, alignment, and controlled movement to help you move with ease and confidence in everyday life. Yogalates blends the precision of Pilates with the flow and mindfulness of yoga, creating a balanced, full-body experience that builds strength, flexibility, and calm.

At Joy of Mindful Fitness, the goal is more than a workout—it’s a practice of presence. Classes are welcoming, empowering, and accessible, meeting you where you are while encouraging growth at your own pace.
