Mat Pilates
SAT JUN 27, 1 - 2 PM PDT

This Classical/Contemporary session focuses on slow, controlled, and precise movements. The workout targets the deep muscles, with special attention to the “powerhouse” (core) for strength and stability.

Exercises are performed using body weight and/or Pilates equipment, plus 2 lb or 3 lb dumbbells. Please have a mat, towel, and water available. Grips socks not required.

Duration: 50 minutes
