Barre / Barreless

This class blends ballet-inspired movements with Pilates, yoga, and strength training to build muscular endurance and flexibility. Expect graceful, controlled exercises that challenge balance, posture, and strength.

You'll need a chair, a set of light weights (2 - 3 lb) and heavy weights (4 - 5 lb). Optional: mini ball, and a booty band—no ballet barre required. Please have a mat, towel, and water available. Grip socks not required.

Duration: 50 minutes
