Yogalates

This class offers the perfect balance of Mat Pilates paired with the flow and mindfulness of Yoga Sculpt. Expect smooth transitions, controlled strength work, and intentional movement that builds stability and grace.

You'll need a yoga block, a set of 2 lb or 3 lb dumbbells, and Pilates equipment. Please have a mat, towel, and water available. Grips socks not required.
